What you'll do

• Follow safety protocols
• conduct routine wind tunnel mechanical checks
• build rapport with students and lead small-group lessons
• fit guests with safety gear and confirm proper use
• guide flyers through sessions by flying alongside, coaching, and spotting
• demonstrate flying skills
• debrief sessions and recommend return-visit packages
• operate wind speed controls for other instructors’ sessions
• support guest check-in, reservation verification, and incoming calls
• assist with cleaning and facility upkeep
• participate in safety briefings, workshops, and ongoing training.
