Senior AI Developer

Job overview

The Senior AI Developer role is onsite in Foxborough, MA, with five days onsite weekly for the first 4–6 months and four days onsite afterward. Base salary is $135,000–$160,000 per year, with eligibility for variable compensation. This role develops and supports enterprise AI solutions across business, engineering, and customer use cases. It contributes by translating needs into scalable applications, moving successful prototypes into production, and improving solution quality, reliability, security, and reuse.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI-enabled applications and services
• translate business and customer needs into scalable AI solutions
• integrate AI with enterprise applications, data, services, and workflows
• evaluate emerging technologies and move successful concepts into production
• develop reusable components and technical patterns
• improve solution quality, performance, reliability, and scalability
• contribute to architecture, documentation, standards, and engineering practices.
