What you'll do

• Lead delivery of GM/GE trait pipelines and project milestones in controlled growth environments
• coordinate multidisciplinary early-stage projects involving crops such as maize and soybean
• lead year-round maize stock production for embryos used in transformation
• operate and upgrade plant growth facilities
• improve pipeline processes
• lead innovation projects
• engage stakeholders across Traits R&D
• provide practical advice
• ensure HSE, biosafety, and regulatory compliance.
