What you'll do

• Design end-to-end test strategies and structured plans
• define measures of performance and effectiveness, modeling and simulation versus physical-range methods, and data requirements
• embed test requirements and milestone evidence in acquisition pathways such as CSOs and OTAs
• guide projects through flight clearance, airworthiness, spectrum, safety, and cybersecurity approvals
• integrate vendors, government program managers, and service test organizations
• draft test plans and executive-level documentation.
