What you'll do

• Complete daily prep lists
• prepare ingredients, sauces, dressings, and other menu components according to recipes and standards
• maintain food storage, labeling, dating, and FIFO rotation
• keep prep areas, walk-ins, and workstations clean and organized
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• assist with deliveries, stocking, and other kitchen duties as needed.
