What you'll do

• Manage inbound calls, emails, and referrals
• conduct intake interviews to gather accident, injury, insurance, and case information
• screen potential claims using firm criteria
• explain intake steps and services
• assist with forms, retainer agreements, and onboarding documents
• coordinate with attorneys and case managers
• maintain records in Abacus Law and Filevine
• and follow up on missing information.
