Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care (LTC) - Overnight Shift

Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care. Collaborate with resident, family, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise. Utilize appropriate age and population specific standards.
