What you'll do

• Maintain project records in Procore
• prepare, route, and track submittals and RFIs
• support procurement and delivery scheduling
• compile quality documentation
• process time-and-material tickets and change requests
• assist with pay applications and cost coding
• attend coordination meetings and distribute minutes
• support safety documentation
• assemble closeout records
• coordinate with field leadership, QC, suppliers, and the general contractor.
