What you'll do

• Direct fresh retail, dry retail, and front-end operations
• oversee cash office and building cash management
• develop departmental goals and lead managers
• collaborate across departments
• analyze financial data and develop pricing, merchandising, and promotion strategies
• manage merchandise and product lists
• prepare weekly leadership updates
• assist with hiring, training, payroll, scheduling, evaluations, and terminations
• investigate and resolve employee and guest incidents.
