What you'll do

• Coordinate daily VTU operations and assigned personnel
• support planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
• monitor workloads, case status, metrics, and operational results
• conduct and oversee data collection and analysis
• use Microsoft Access and government systems of record
• develop reports, dashboards, and briefings
• maintain case and action tracking
• support process standardization, training, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
