What you'll do

• Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and privacy
• prepare and maintain the surgical environment and equipment
• monitor and document patient status in the SISI Complete EMR
• assist with sterile fields, instruments, and surgical counts
• coordinate with anesthesia and surgical staff
• follow infection control and regulatory standards
• manage surgical supply inventory
• and participate in patient education and discharge planning as needed.
