What you'll do

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine
• keep the machine clean and report functional or mechanical problems to the Executive Chef
• maintain clean tableware levels
• take trash to the dumpster at designated times
• handle tableware carefully
• maintain detergent and cleaning supplies
• clean food-preparation and production areas
• may prepare assigned items and assemble ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications.
