The Resident Assistant – Part-Time Overnights – Timber Pines role is onsite in Pine City, MN. The role supports residents in the nursing department at Vivie. The assistant provides hands-on support with daily activities and helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and connection. The role also supports meals and activities, maintains resident spaces, and reports changes in residents’ health or emotional well-being to nursing staff.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility
• support meals, restorative care, and life skills while respecting preferences
• encourage social, recreational, and wellness activities
• help maintain clean and comfortable resident spaces through housekeeping and laundry
• prepare and serve meals and snacks
• monitor and report changes in health or emotional well-being
• welcome new residents and support their transition.
