What you'll do

• Support the lead teacher in lesson delivery and student learning
• help students meet grade-level standards
• manage the classroom in the teacher’s absence and substitute in other classrooms as needed
• enforce conduct and discipline policies
• assist with arrival, dismissal, and transitions
• contribute to activities and program planning
• respond to behavioral and emergency situations under school policies
• monitor and report academic, physical, and emotional well-being
• collect and submit data
• attend staff meetings and supervisory conferences.
