What you'll do

• Monitor, maintain, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, kitchen, and laundry equipment
• respond to customer calls about temperature conditions
• inspect gauges and mechanical equipment
• troubleshoot and repair pumps, valves, bearings, belts, fan coil units, controls, piping, and fittings
• maintain repair records
• and assist with building automation and fire-system monitoring as assigned.
