What you'll do

• Lead shifts to support smooth restaurant operations and exceptional service
• supervise and support servers, bussers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
• handle guest concerns
• monitor service quality, cleanliness, and standards
• assist with scheduling, training, and coaching
• oversee cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and shift reports
• and help wherever needed.
