The Door Builder role is onsite in Lufkin, TX, and pays $16–$20 per hour. The position supports Ritter Lumber Millwork’s operations and reports to the Millwork Shop Manager. The Door Builder assembles custom and stock door units to customer specifications, supporting daily production, product quality, and timely order fulfillment. The role works with warehouse, yard, and delivery teams and may assist with deliveries as needed.

What you'll do

• Learn door building through hands-on training and mentorship
• build door jambs and cut trim to precise measurements
• assemble door units with hand and power tools
• stage materials and organize workstations
• move completed units to storage or delivery areas
• rotate stock and maintain inventory organization
• keep the shop clean and safe
• follow safety and equipment procedures. As needed, operate a box truck under 26,000 pounds for deliveries and assist with loading and unloading.
