Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner — Mission Critical

The Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner — Mission Critical role is onsite four days per week in Dallas, TX. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Mission Critical project teams across Texas and reports to the Senior Director of People & Culture for the Mission Critical Center of Excellence. The role provides strategic HR partnership and site-level support to strengthen employee experience, engagement, retention, and performance. It advises project leaders, supports talent and compensation processes, handles employee relations and investigations, and helps implement change and company programs across the project group.

Why this role
