What you'll do

• Resolve associate grievances, behavioral issues, and site disputes
• manage attendance, coaching, and terminations
• walk the floor to identify safety or personnel issues
• monitor time-clock use for attendance and payroll
• communicate with the client and Accurate leadership
• support extended hours and overtime as needed.
