What you'll do

• Direct cost-effective property operations

• work with the Regional Supervisor on budgets
• show apartments
• inspect grounds and units
• complete unit turns and maintenance requests
• prepare vacant units
• maintain maintenance records, tools, equipment, common areas, and amenities
• provide emergency resident support after office hours
• and remove snow.
