What you'll do

• Remind clients about medications
• assist with ambulation and mobility
• may transport clients to appointments or errands
• assist with toileting, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• encourage recommended physical therapy and exercises
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, dishes, and bed-making
• document client conditions and treatment plans
• report unusual incidents or changes in condition to nurses, doctors, and family members
• respond responsibly in emergencies
• communicate respectfully with clients and the care team.
