What you'll do

• Coordinate the order-to-delivery process across Parts and Field Service. Build and manage service estimates, sales orders, and customer requests
• coordinate scheduling, logistics, and preparation
• manage order details and changes
• monitor parts, suppliers, and open orders
• maintain accurate system data and billing readiness
• and communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues. Collaborate with Field Service Managers, Sales, Estimation, and Accounting.
