Senior PLC Engineer

What you'll do

• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs for OEM skids and custom process equipment
• configure SCADA solutions, local historians, and third-party integrations
• develop functional requirements and detailed design documentation
• support factory and site acceptance tests, startup, and commissioning
• develop equipment installation scopes and specifications
• review vendor design packages
• coordinate panel and equipment installations
• migrate PLC programming and modify control databases and HMI graphics
• perform power, grounding, and instrumentation checks
• support loop checks, testing, and startup
• maintain I/O lists and drawings
• travel approximately 25% in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
