What you'll do
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily Scrum, dependency coordination, blocker removal, and ART synchronization
- monitor sprint predictability, workload balance, operational deficiencies, Help Desk escalation impacts, dependency trends, and sustainment pressures
- coordinate with Product Owners, Functional SMEs, DevSecOps engineers, and the RTE to rebalance sprint execution as operational needs change.
