Screenprint Production Artist — Floor Support

The Screenprint Production Artist — Floor Support role is onsite in Little Falls, MN. Compensation is $18 per hour. Lakeshirts is a screenprint manufacturer that decorates and distributes garments for resort, college, and K–12 markets. The artist troubleshoots and corrects production artwork so screenprint orders can proceed accurately. Working with production, quality control, artists, and leads, the role helps ensure printed garments match approved artwork while documenting recurring issues and supporting process improvements.

What you'll do

• Respond to artwork questions from the screenprint floor
• revise production files in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• compare artwork with work orders, comps, namedrops, and production instructions
• prepare corrected screenprint files and reburn information
• check ink rotations, underlay setup, mesh information, gradients, and blends
• create or update production visuals
• coordinate with production, quality control, artists, and leads
• document errors and unclear standards
• prioritize live requests and follow through
• support waste reduction and continuous improvement.

Why this role

Monday–Friday schedule with either 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Remote work is not available. Adobe Illustrator proficiency is required; Photoshop knowledge is strongly preferred.
