What you'll do

• Prepare rooms for cleaning
• make beds
• dust rooms and furniture
• replenish guestroom and bathroom supplies
• clean bathrooms and closets
• vacuum and rack carpets
• check and secure rooms
• deliver and retrieve items loaned to guests
• clean and organize public areas such as hallways
• manage guest calls, requests, and complaints in the assigned area. Additional tasks may be assigned.
