What you'll do

• Provide medical and psychiatric services under program policies and governing requirements

• document care in medical records and complete progress notes
• provide consultation to a multidisciplinary team
• may provide injections
• may participate in medication monitoring meetings and clinical policy development
• provide counseling
• travel between sites for meetings or training.
