What you'll do

• Oversee a portfolio of HUD, LIFT, PBV, PSH, and LIHTC properties
• serve as the primary client contact and provide strategic guidance
• support profitability, resident satisfaction, occupancy targets, and client expectations
• lead and supervise teams
• prepare financial and accounting reports and analytics
• apply knowledge of Oregon and Washington landlord/tenant and fair housing laws.
