• Provide direct patient care, aligning with the personalized care plan and physician orders.
• Observe patient behaviors, including monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories.

Experience
