• Welcome patients and visitors

• enter encounter data
• conduct and record financial reviews
• support billing, collections, and data summaries
• verify insurance and program eligibility
• schedule appointments
• maintain patient records and forms
• follow up on no-shows as directed
• and assist clinical teams through observation and emergency notification. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish ability.
