• Develop and implement individualized restorative nursing programs and resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• monitor resident progress and update plans
• collaborate with therapy staff
• provide restorative care focused on mobility, activities of daily living, and rehabilitative support
• document care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
• educate residents and families
• support nursing staff.
