Production Associate — Countertop Fabrication

The Production Associate role is onsite in Marshfield, WI. Pay is $18–$19 per hour. Counter-Form manufactures postform and custom laminate countertops. The associate fabricates and assembles countertop products while supporting production flow and quality checks. What you'll do

• Retrieve and place tops and parts
• review production order tags
• assemble and apply wood parts for buildup and padding
• inspect size, length, and laminate quality
• meet production quotas
• use hand tools and production machinery
• follow safety policies and wear required protective equipment.
