What you'll do

• participate in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• observe and document changes in resident status
• transcribe and carry out physician orders
• administer medications and perform wound treatments
• provide direct nursing care
• conduct rounds
• update care plans
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• report incidents and concerns
• support resident rights, confidentiality, infection control, and emergency procedures.
