What you'll do

• Observe and record patients’ physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise
• provide housekeeping, laundry, shopping, meal preparation, and errands
• assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• teach patients to use mobility aids and personal-care equipment
• teach family members safe lifting and repositioning and provide nutrition and housekeeping guidance
• document patient information and report changes to the nursing supervisor
• maintain a safe and healthy environment and follow care standards.
