Sales Associate

Job overview

The Sales Associate role is onsite in Crossville, TN. Compensation is $13 per hour. The associate supports Potter’s Ace retail store operations and customer service. The associate helps customers find products and solve problems while supporting merchandise receiving, stocking, pricing, and presentation. Maintaining an orderly store and providing helpful service contribute to the store’s daily sales and customer experience.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers
• answer calls and pages
• provide product and store-layout information
• receive, check in, stock, and price merchandise
• maintain back stock and clean, orderly sales and stock areas
• assist with resets, price changes, and special orders
• operate a forklift with proper training.
