What you'll do

• Manage commercial real estate development transactions from diligence through closing
• draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related documents
• advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and leasing
• conduct due diligence and identify risks
• coordinate transaction documents, deadlines, and closing requirements
• communicate with clients and transaction participants
• contribute to client relationships and practice growth.
