What you'll do

• Retrieve keys and vehicles, issue tickets or enter customer information electronically, and park vehicles in appropriate spaces
• inspect vehicles and record preexisting damage
• retrieve vehicles for waiting guests
• assist with luggage or personal items when necessary
• respond to guest inquiries and provide directions
• direct traffic and position barricades
• report incidents or claims
• request and collect fees and assist with end-of-shift revenue reconciliation.
