What you'll do

• Process accounts payable and receivable
• post vehicle deals
• prepare and reconcile daily deposits and cash receipts
• process invoices and vendor payments
• assist with title paperwork and deal documentation
• reconcile bank statements, schedules, and dealership accounts
• maintain accounting files
• assist with month-end closing
• respond to internal requests
• perform general office duties.
