Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is hybrid, serving children and families throughout Nebraska, with primarily remote work and one required in-person visit per month. Compensation is up to $80 per hour, negotiable based on experience. BK Behavior provides Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families. The BCBA conducts assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, guides behavior technicians, and collaborates with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support clinical progress.
