Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Bristol, RI, and is part-time, with 6–20 hours available, including after-school, evening, and weekend hours. Compensation is $16–$22 per hour based on program, education, and experience. The role supports children, teens, and young adults ages 3–21 through Northeast Family Services’ HBTS, ABA, and PASS programs. The DSP helps clients work toward developmental, social, and emotional goals by implementing clinical-supervisor-developed plans, teaching and modeling strategies, collecting daily data, and maintaining professional relationships with families and the clinical team.

What you'll do

• Work directly with individuals ages 3–21 with special needs
