What you'll do

• establish procedures for repairs and unit turns
• optimize work-order management and transition paper tracking to digital platforms
• ensure compliance with building codes, HUD guidelines when applicable, OSHA standards, and safety regulations
• oversee housekeeping inspections and digital reporting
• solicit competitive bids and hold contractors accountable
• direct multi-unit renovations and capital improvements
• identify site-specific financial needs and savings
• promote technology improvements and data analytics for predictive maintenance.
