What you'll do

• Supervise community associates
• support customer service and leasing standards
• respond to resident requests
• direct marketing
• prepare lease paperwork and renewal letters
• recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions
• address delinquencies and enforce lease terms
• prepare reports and track utilities, invoices, inspections, and deposits
• organize resident activities and retention programs
• identify operational improvements
• monitor occupancy, collections, and expenses.
