The Travel Registered Nurse (RN) — Labor & Delivery (L&D), Night Shift role is an onsite, approximately 13-week assignment at Sterling Regional MedCenter in Sterling, CO. Weekly pay is $2,230–$2,430, with a $5,000 completion bonus subject to applicable requirements. The assignment runs November 16, 2026, through February 13, 2027, with three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The nurse provides care through labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period, monitoring maternal and fetal well-being and collaborating with the care team. This work supports safe childbirth and positive outcomes for mothers and newborns.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum recovery
• monitor maternal vital signs, labor progression, and fetal heart rate patterns
• respond to complications and obstetric emergencies
• administer ordered medications and treatments
• support newborn care and initial assessments within scope
• educate and support patients and families
• collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and neonatal teams
• document care and follow safety and infection-prevention policies.
