What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end product development initiatives for adhesives and sealants.
• Conduct product testing and analysis, documenting results in laboratory systems.
• Analyze experimental data to provide technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, and sourcing teams.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and materials.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure safety compliance.
