Operations Expeditor

Job overview

The Operations Expeditor role is onsite in Meridian, ID, with compensation of $22–$26 per hour. JST manufactures wet processing, drying, and chemical management equipment for semiconductor, electronics, display, optoelectronics, and medical-device applications. The expeditor coordinates work orders, materials, and cross-department follow-up to keep manufacturing workflow moving and support on-time completion. The role helps identify constraints, resolve shortages, and provide operational information for planning and production decisions.

What you'll do

• Monitor work orders
• coordinate resolution of material shortages
• support parts flow through production
• compare actual and estimated labor hours
• coordinate staging and movement of parts
• follow quality inspections and rework
• monitor outside processing
• coordinate unused material returns
• prepare supply sheets
• communicate shipment status
• compile operational reports and support inventory and purchasing.
