What you'll do

• Prepare food by chopping vegetables, making salads, and assembling entrees
• store food properly
• learn and follow designated cooking methods
• clean and sanitize the kitchen, coolers, and storage areas
• perform kitchen maintenance, including dishwashing, mopping, and trash removal.
