Direct Support Professional (DSP)

What you'll do

• For community engagement, support outings and activities, encourage independence and personal growth, assist with daily goals and skill development, promote social engagement and inclusion, document activities and progress, and provide safe, respectful, person-centered support.
• For residential services, support daily living activities, community involvement, personal growth, and recreational opportunities while helping ensure health, safety, and well-being.

Why this role

Experience is not required; training is available. Community Engagement Day Program shifts are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, with work between three and five days per week. Residential Services offers weekday shifts from 4:00 PM–12:00 AM and weekend shifts from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 4:00 PM–12:00 AM; some weekend and holiday availability is required.
