Part-Time Caregiver, Memory Care

The Part-Time Caregiver role is onsite in Boulder, CO. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour, with additional shift differentials for specified overnight and weekend shifts. The Academy at Bella Vista describes a memory care community with a close-knit environment and staffing ratios of two caregivers for ten residents on the night shift. The caregiver supports residents’ dignity, comfort, and safety by assisting with daily living activities, monitoring and reporting vital signs, and helping residents move around the facility. The role works with the nursing and care teams to follow individualized care plans and document care.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• maintain a safe, clean environment
• assist with mobility and transport
• document care in the electronic health record
• collaborate with the care team on individualized care plans
• protect confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
