What you'll do

• Provide functional and analytical expertise for Epic Healthy Planet implementations, optimization, and support
• translate value-based care requirements into workflows, reporting, and analytics
• develop population health and value-based contract analytics
• define performance indicators with stakeholders
• support CMS, HEDIS, MIPS, ACO, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid reporting
• identify care gaps and high-risk populations
• develop reports and dashboards
• validate and troubleshoot data
• participate in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, solution design, testing, training, and go-live support.

Why this role
