The Environmental Services Floor/Utility Technician Lead role is onsite in Stockton, CA, with pay of $30.59 per hour. This role oversees floor-care and project operations and daily staff activities at a large commercial or federal facility. It contributes to safe, quality facility care by coordinating floor tasks, guiding floor technicians, completing and reviewing work, and maintaining equipment and supplies.

What you'll do

• Schedule floor and project tasks with the supervisor
• inspect and prepare equipment and chemicals
• prioritize and assign tasks and coach floor technicians
• complete floor-care and periodic project work and review its quality
• inspect work areas
• secure equipment
• train and assist technicians in safe equipment and product use
• request repairs and remove unsafe or broken equipment
• oversee equipment cleaning and maintenance
• order and maintain supplies, stock, and equipment.
